This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application “Server Monitor for Minecraft” (the “Service”). In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service.

Information collected automatically
The Service is provided using Cloudflare and Cloud Run. App distribution and updates are handled through the App Store and Google Play. As part of normal operations, those providers may process technical data such as access logs, IP addresses, request metadata, device information, installation or update information, and other information necessary for security measures, delivery optimization, and app distribution. -
Information processed by Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA on the inquiry form to prevent spam and abuse. When you use the inquiry form, Google may process technical information necessary to assess whether the request is legitimate. -
Analytics data (Google Analytics)
We may use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. In that case, anonymous or aggregated usage data may be transmitted to Google.
In this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means information that can identify a specific individual, such as a name or email address.
Of the information listed above, the personal data we hold is primarily the inquiry form information described in item 1. The information described in items 2 through 4 is processed by the external services listed in Section 4 in accordance with each provider’s privacy policy, and we do not independently store or manage it as personal data.

We operate the Service as a personal project and do not outsource development or operations to any third party other than the external services listed above.

You can enable or disable Google Analytics data collection in the in-app settings.
6. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
You have the following rights regarding the personal data we hold about you:
- Right to access: You can request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction: You can request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Right to restriction and deletion: You can request that we restrict the processing of, or delete, your personal data.
- Right to know about data sharing: You can request confirmation of whether your personal data is shared with third parties. The third parties and external services with which information may be shared are described in Section 4.
To make any such request, please contact us through the contact form. After verifying that the request comes from you, we will disclose, correct, or delete the relevant personal data within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and we delete it promptly once it is no longer needed.
Information processed by the external services listed in Section 4 is governed by each provider’s own privacy policy. For requests regarding such information, including access or deletion, please contact the relevant service provider directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or the Service itself.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the Service.
